About This Project

Welcome to Phil's Museum Adventure, a WordPress blog documenting my journey visiting over 50 museums across the globe, from the grand halls of the Louvre to intimate galleries in Tokyo.

Through dozens of articles and video vlogs, I explore how museums shape our understanding of culture, history, and art. I'm particularly passionate about open viewing – the idea that art should be accessible to everyone, not locked away in private collections.

This project culminated in a public talk at the Orange County School of the Arts, where I discussed why privately hoarded collections limit cultural education and what we can do to democratize access to art.
